Client Executive

A corporate administration and client servicing role responsible for managing a portfolio of clients, handling company secretarial matters, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements and supporting governance-related activities.

Requirements

  • Degree in Law, Management or related field, or Professional Qualification (ICSA/STEP)
  • Studying towards ICSA (minimum requirement)
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in the Global Business or Management Company sector
  • Good knowledge of legal and regulatory frameworks
  • Understanding of company secretarial practices and corporate governance principles
  • Experience with statutory documentation, board support and regulatory filings
  • Experience handling Customer Due Diligence (CDD) and Know Your Client (KYC) documentation
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook)
  • Strong organisational, multitasking and time management skills
  • Excellent communication skills in English and French
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • High level of integrity and confidentiality
