A fund administration role supporting the setup and administration of various fund structures, investor onboarding, customer due diligence, corporate secretarial matters and client servicing activities
Requirements
- Degree in Accounting/Finance or either ACCA/ICSA qualified or partly completed
- 2–3 years of experience in a similar role within a Management Company
- Relevant hands-on experience on Closed-End Funds
- Comprehensive knowledge and understanding of:
- Legal and Regulatory framework, including Codes, FIAMLA Act, GBC, AC and KYC Standards
- Company Secretarial duties and Board matters
- Corporate and Trust Administration Functions, Compliance and Good Governance principles
- Excellent understanding of regulatory laws involved in servicing clients with portfolios of various complexities
- Experience with fund structures, investor onboarding and capital calls
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills
- Ability to work in a demanding and high-pressure environment
