Fund Administrator

A fund administration role supporting the setup and administration of various fund structures, investor onboarding, customer due diligence, corporate secretarial matters and client servicing activities

Requirements

  • Degree in Accounting/Finance or either ACCA/ICSA qualified or partly completed
  • 2–3 years of experience in a similar role within a Management Company
  • Relevant hands-on experience on Closed-End Funds
  • Comprehensive knowledge and understanding of:
  • Legal and Regulatory framework, including Codes, FIAMLA Act, GBC, AC and KYC Standards
  • Company Secretarial duties and Board matters
  • Corporate and Trust Administration Functions, Compliance and Good Governance principles
  • Excellent understanding of regulatory laws involved in servicing clients with portfolios of various complexities
  • Experience with fund structures, investor onboarding and capital calls
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills
  • Ability to work in a demanding and high-pressure environment
