Marketing & Business Development Officer

The Role

A varied, hands-on role supporting the Business Development team across digital marketing, content creation, design and project coordination. Ideal for someone with one to three years of experience who enjoys creative work and structured delivery. We operate in the AML/CFT compliance space — an interest in financial services or regulation is helpful, though not essential.

Key Responsibilities

Digital Marketing

• Create visual assets for social media, newsletters, presentations and campaigns.
• Support content development across digital channels and the company website.
• Review and format marketing materials for quality and brand consistency.
• Monitor performance metrics and contribute to internal reporting.

Project Coordination

• Track project timelines, tasks and deliverables, ensuring timely follow-ups.
• Maintain documentation including project briefs, content calendars and shared files.
• Prepare status updates and assist with cross-team coordination.

General

• Stay informed on AML/CFT and financial services developments.
• Suggest improvements to marketing and project processes.
• Provide ad hoc support to the team as needed.

Requirements

Essential

• 1–3 years' experience in digital marketing, marketing coordination or project coordination.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• Experience with graphic design tools (e.g. Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office — Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
• Organised, detail-oriented and comfortable in a corporate environment.

Desirable

• Exposure to financial services, professional services or compliance environments.
• Knowledge of digital marketing principles or campaign coordination.
• Interest in AML/CFT, regulation or risk management.
