SUMMARY OF POST
This position calls for law practitioners with proven relevant experience in dealing with Corporate and Commercial matters. The position requires direct collaboration with the Partner(s) in charge of the practice.
TO QUALIFY FOR THE POST
You should
▪ Preferably qualify as a barrister and have at least 2-4 years’ experience within the Corporate and Commercial practice area.
▪ Have practical hands-on experience dealing with transactional corporate and commercial matters.
▪ Having tax knowledge would be an advantage.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
▪ provide effective solution and advice to clients.
▪ provide legal opinions on corporate and commercial matters.
▪ draft and review legal documents, agreements and other transaction related ancillary documents.
▪ attend conference calls and meetings with clients.
▪ contribute to writing legal notes, articles, and other publications.
▪ work in a fast-paced environment.
