A corporate administration and client servicing role responsible for managing a portfolio of clients, handling company secretarial matters, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements and supporting governance-related activities.
Requirements
- Degree in Law, Management or related field, or Professional Qualification (ICSA/STEP)
- Studying towards ICSA (minimum requirement)
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in the Global Business or Management Company sector
- Good knowledge of legal and regulatory frameworks
- Understanding of company secretarial practices and corporate governance principles
- Experience with statutory documentation, board support and regulatory filings
- Experience handling Customer Due Diligence (CDD) and Know Your Client (KYC) documentation
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook)
- Strong organisational, multitasking and time management skills
- Excellent communication skills in English and French
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- High level of integrity and confidentiality
