A corporate and fund administration role supporting the administration and governance of corporate entities and investment fund structures. The successful candidate will assist with corporate secretarial matters, regulatory compliance, fund administration activities, statutory filings, investor communications and coordination with regulators, banks and other service providers.
Requirements
- 1–2 years’ experience in corporate services, fund administration, financial services or a related field
- Exposure to corporate secretarial matters, statutory filings or fund administration will be considered an advantage
- Sound understanding of corporate governance and regulatory requirements
- Ability to support the administration of corporate entities and investment fund structures
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to coordinate with regulators, banks, investors and service providers
- Ability to manage multiple assignments and work within strict deadlines
- Proactive, professional and able to work in a dynamic environment
