Senior Fund Administrator

A senior fund administration role responsible for managing a portfolio of fund clients, overseeing fund structures, handling investor servicing, coordinating board matters and supporting junior team members.

Requirements

  • Degree in Law & Management, Accounting or currently undertaking ACCA/ICSA
  • Minimum 3–4 years of experience in a similar role within a Management Company
  • Good knowledge of legal & regulatory frameworks, finance principles and reporting
  • Experience with:
  • Open-ended and closed-end fund structures
  • Capital calls and drawdown notices
  • Board packs, resolutions and investor reporting
  • Corporate secretarial functions and fund administration processes
  • Experience handling KYC on investors/directors and AML procedures
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
  • Ability to work independently and within a team
  • Ability to work in a fast-moving and high-pressure environment
