A senior fund administration role responsible for managing a portfolio of fund clients, overseeing fund structures, handling investor servicing, coordinating board matters and supporting junior team members.
Requirements
- Degree in Law & Management, Accounting or currently undertaking ACCA/ICSA
- Minimum 3–4 years of experience in a similar role within a Management Company
- Good knowledge of legal & regulatory frameworks, finance principles and reporting
- Experience with:
- Open-ended and closed-end fund structures
- Capital calls and drawdown notices
- Board packs, resolutions and investor reporting
- Corporate secretarial functions and fund administration processes
- Experience handling KYC on investors/directors and AML procedures
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
- Ability to work independently and within a team
- Ability to work in a fast-moving and high-pressure environment
