A leadership role responsible for overseeing fund administration operations, client servicing delivery, technical support, board coordination and supervision of junior team members within the fund department.
Requirements
- Degree in Law & Management or Finance, or professional qualification (ICSA/ACCA)
- Minimum 6 years of experience within the offshore/global business sector
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a supervisory role
- Strong experience in:
- Fund administration and company secretarial functions
- Incorporation of Funds, CIS Managers, Investment Advisers and GBC entities
- Board meetings, minutes drafting and statutory records maintenance
- Capital calls, distributions and investor reporting
- Ability to coach, mentor and manage junior staff
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-moving, demanding and high-pressure environment
- High attention to detail and confidentiality
